Hi manofthewild07,
Presentations set to play automatically (either rehearsed or narrated) are converted in video and then it can be send to you tube. Your presentation (The Process of Processing) is set to play on click (last slide) due to which it is not converted in video so you are not able to see Send to Youtube button. You need to create a presentation which advances at its own as per timings set which can be achieved either add rehearse timing or narration feature of PowerPoint.

Hi there,
I have uploaded a Presentation and cannot see a "Send to YouTube" button on my "Your Presentations" page. How long does it take before the button appears?
I uploaded a different version of my Powerpoint Presentation yesterday (I deleted it today as I just have to fix a few typing errors) but even before I deleted it, it wasn't showing the "Send to YouTube" button and it had been up on my Presentations Page for 1 day.
I believe I have all the rehears timings done correctly, so am not sure why the "Send to YouTube" button is not appearing.
Hoping someone can help.
Cheers, Heidi

Hi,
Please follow the steps to create video for your presentaiton & send to YouTube
1. Sign in to authorSTREAM 2. Upload any presentaiton 3. If your presentation is eligible for video then you will see create video button on such presentations on dashboard (In Action menu), your presentation page and on presentation page 4. Click create video and presentation will be converted in video in few minutes. You will get email for the same. 5. Once video for your presentation converted you will see "Send to YouTube" option in your uploaded presentation page http://www.authorstream.com/MyUploaded-Presentations and on presentation page
Hope this will help you

I want to download my converted PowerPoint presentation as either a flash or mp4 file to my computer. Is this possible with authorSTREAM and a professional-level account--or do you only stream files from your server?
I am also having trouble downloading to YouTube. The process starts and then the page gets grayed-out and then none of the buttons work anymore. It would be more user friendly to have some sort of graphical indicator showing the progress of the download. The same thing happens when I try to download the flash file--the screen grays-out and none of the controls function anymore. It's not clear if the process failed, has locked-up, or simply takes an ungodly amount of time to complete.
This is not a very intuitive process. I suggest that you modify it.
Best,
Paul Herr
