 Hello,

I'm investigating various ways to convert the PowerPoint presentation to HD video. Notably I have a requirement, that resolution should be exactly 1920x1080.

Does this service support output in this resolution?

 Hi,

We do not support output in custom resolution. Currently only the following resolutions are supported in authorSTREAM output :-
- 4:3 960 X 720
- 16:9 1280 x 720
- 16:10 1152 x 720
- 16:9 1280 x 720
We have added your requirement in our suggestion list, but it will take time. Thank you!
