We found you have used network path for .mp3 audio file in your PowerPoint, audio file path is like \\localhost\user... This seems be the reason the audio is missing in authorSTREAM output. We recommend you to use local system path instead of network path for audio to play fine in output i.e. keep the PowerPoint file and audio file on the same machine before uploading. Insert media (under insert tab audio from file option) and upload the PowerPoint file using authorSTREAM Desktop ( download link - http://www.authorstream.com/desktop/ ) from "Upload PowerPoint" button. The audio will play fine in authorSTREAM output.
