 Good morning.
Initially I tried to upload the PowerPoint directly from the PC. I realized that without download "authorSTREAM Desktop" it wouldn't possible to hear the sound of the power point. So I canceled the work and I downloaded the special software. I open it, after I open my presentation and than I click the key to upload it to authorSTREAM.
But it keeps telling me "Failure".
What is missing? What's wrong? I absolutely need to load those jobs!!!

 It can be due to Windows 7 and Windows Vista Operating systems security layer called "User Account Control" which manages access to certain areas of your OS like Program Filed folder. You must have got alerts asking for your permissions even when you try to launch some program or copy some files.

Please follow the steps to disable "User Account Control" :
1. Open Control Panel
2. Open User Accounts
3. Click on “Change User Account Control Settings”
4. A Window will opens up
5. Move the Slider to “Never Notify” and Click Ok

Try to upload your presentation using authorSTREAM Desktop later enable the "User Account Control" back again.
