We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to some technical glitch at our conversion end, the video was not converted with audio. The technical team is working on to fix the issue. However, we have manually converted the video at our local conversion engine and it seems to be working fine now. Please follow the steps below to download video of your presentation:-
1) Sign in to your authorSTREAM account.
2) Go to My Stuff page: http://www.authorstream.com/MyUploaded-Presentations/All .
3) Under the Download menu
4) Right click on the video icon and click ‘Save Target as’ or ‘Save Link as’ (depends upon the browser you are using)
