I have a video that is 4 minutes 45 seconds, and IT HAS audio narrations and rehearsed timings. There are no, On Click, narrations. (Please do not tell me its that.) Can someone please explain to me how to fix this? I am perfectly willing to buy credits eventually, but I want to test out what this video looks like because the quality of animations is different (and often better) on the MP4s than on the PowerPoint online version. And yes, I have uploaded two PPTs into MP4s before with no issue. No audio on those though, only rehearsed timings.

Help?

So I can't test my PPT to video conversions any more? How do I figure out how to work around the quirks in your conversion process?

I don't mind paying for "real" videos but to pay 3 budks each for my tests of your converter quirks, that is a real deal killer.

Would like to add a point...

The basic PPT-to-hosted video service is excellent. Well worth the price, especially since the videos fit well on Mobile devices. So again I'm very happy to pay per video. Just wish there was some easy way to test short clips without paying.

Cheers,

You are right my friend ...the video conversion at authorSTREAM is excellent.
To see how your video will look like( specially when you pay for it ), just see the authorSTREAM output....as the Video output is almost similar to authorSTREAM output, the presentation that is played in flash player.
