Dear AuthorStream,
If you are chaging for a service then you need to deliver the goods speedily.
Please don't take my money and then make me wait and wait and wait.
Or, at least tell me I wil have to wait for at least 24 hours.

Normally PowerPoint to video conversion process never takes time more than presentation’s total duration+20 minutes(wait time if any). Which means presentation of 30 minutes will be converted in approximately 35 to 60 minutes. However, at times this time may increase if we have a long queue of conversion on our servers. We regret the inconvenience.

Here's a suggestion. Please provide an estimated completion time for the conversion process. I have a presentation I submitted to you 14 hours ago. I need to have it by 11 am today and looking at the topic comment of this post is making me wonder if I shouldn't just go elsewhere. In a bind here and sweating it. Thanks...

Hey, there can be some temporary problem that you are facing while uploading your PowerPoint file on authorSTREAM.
You can try uploading the presentation again, remove special characters (if used) like hyphen, dash, hash and other special characters like -,_,!@#$%^&*()+=\ in audio file name or PowerPoint file name.
We have also forwarded the problem to our technical team and they are looking into it on high priority. We request you to please send the log files to analyze the problem you are facing in more detail. Log files are available at : ......\My Documents\aS Desktop\Logs\......
