The absence in the tools market, with the level required by GINPROSA has forced the company to create their own software, to enhance the Generalized System of Quality implanted in the company.

ASIENTOS
It allows analysis of creep in statically indeterminate continuous bridges when differential settlements occur in the different elements of support.
The program obtains the evaluation of the laws of efforts over time for different modes of settlement: instant seats, seats with different slow speeds, instant seat combinations and slow, and so on.
The program uses an algorithm step by step integration based on the principle of superposition and creep equations that appear on the EHE.
CABLE
The name of the executable program is CABLE. EXE and is composed of many different modules and compile libraries are:
– Module PRETEN.C (core program)
– Modulo PARABOL.C (storage of pure mathematics tasks)
– Module DCARGAS.C (allows screen drawing loads generated)
– Module DVALLE.C (performs checks on the input parametric)
– Module REPLA.C (get a file data for the redesign of a cable)
– Module COSMOS.C (Cable puts format loads COSMOS / M)
– Bookseller GRAPHICS.LIB (allowing the use of graphics routines)
The program allows the collection of charges generated by a prestressing wire of any shape for insertion into a structural model and further analysis.
It allows the introduction of a path in elevation over a path on the ground simultaneously. The elevation drawing can have any shape, and even allows the presence of discontinuities in the first derivative, i.e. allowing twists.
The layout on the ground simultaneously with the above may be of the same characteristics as that of the sum, also allowing the option of a circular or straight track.
Once you know the layout of the cable in both plan and elevation the program asks for additional data such as friction coefficients cable sheath penetration wedges, anchor types (passive or active, etc.).
With all these data, the program processes the data and calculates the friction loss curve and penetration of wedges, the equivalent normal force diagram and the redesign of the cable.
EMPARRILLADO
It consists of a proprietary development done in Visual Basic for the commercial program “Excel”, which from the data entered in the module “PCONTINUO”, mentioned above, allows to obtain the coefficients of eccentricity versus localized loads on boards type continuous slab.
From the given input in the module “PCONTINUO” is generated automatically, a file with the calculation model that runs on the COSMOS (commercial program “finite elements”). Efforts solutions are generated of different positions and movements, eccentric and centered, localized loads of heavy vehicle Instruction. With these results we obtain the coefficients of eccentricity of bending and shear to allow meaningful analysis of the type “effective width”.
ENVELOPING
It is a program for obtaining of envelopes of resistant structures (bridges, buildings …) from the results generated by the commercial finite element program “ANSYS”.
The program performs a combination of different loading conditions applied to the various construction phases of a structure, envelopes for design efforts with consideration of the planned construction process.
From the definition of an undetermined number of primary charge states (charge states of simple, uniform load envelopes and envelopes heavy vehicle), defines a set of combinations between them and any subset of combinations generated themselves. The definition of the combinations is performed in a standard structure “tree” in which obtaining an envelope located in a particular effort level is done by combining the next lower level envelopes (and calculated) affected by load factor ratios (favorable and unfavorable within the meaning of the regulations in force structure) defined for each.
ESTRIBOS
It consists in a development done in Visual Basic for the commercial program “Excel”, which allows the design of stirrups on boards.
The analysis model to obtain the forces are generated automatically and is three-dimensional monolithic representing the fixed fins back with the front wall and foundation, simulating a plate-type work in order to optimize the design of armor.
From data entry in Excel spreadsheet, the module gets loads due to the terrain, self weight and value of combining the actions of the board and overload, as appropriate, generating the necessary combinations (persistent and accidental quake) of effort and making the necessary dimension in Ultimate Limit State depletions and Serviceability Limit State of cracking.
EVOLUTIVO 5.00
This Program realize the analysis of the evolution of stresses in the service of complex sections of reinforced concrete, prestressed and composite or any combination. It allows analysis with and without cracking of concrete with consideration of presolicitaciones on an indefinite number of intermediate sections. It allows the introduction of bending stresses, axial, thermal relaxation prestressed and deferred in time.
Conducts initial and deferred time, evaluating the effects of stress redistribution final time due to shrinkage and creep of concrete, distinguishing between constant efforts (“type 1”) and variable value in proportion to the yield coefficient ( “Type 2”) as the ideal method section through constant adjustment “j” (abbreviated method of “j”). Evaluate the constants “j” in three fibers in each section which decomposes partial total section, performing successive iterations until convergence.
PASEO DINAMICO
It consists of a Gonprosa development made in the programming language of commercial software “ANSYS” finite element analysis.
The module allows the definition of any sequence of moving loads, specifically allows the representation of any actual trains current Instructions (Eurocode 1, IAPF, etc.).. It makes the train ride loads at different speeds, with no limit on the speed sequential increase and the maximum speed.
Analyses were performed using modal decomposition integration of decoupled modal equations, and then combine the results of the different ways to get the total response, resulting in one of the most reliable and fast for this type of analysis.
PCONTINUO
It consists of a proprietary development done in Visual Basic for the commercial program “Excel”, which allows the necessary analysis for sizing batteries and overpasses board or prestressed concrete.
The types of panels and the connecting with piers and abutments covered in this module is very varied, allowing any form of singing section of the board with constant or variable, possible variable width, simple embedding or support batteries, with any number of shafts.
From the given input in the spreadsheet program “Excel” module “PCONTINUO” generates automatically a file with the calculation model that runs on the COSMOS (commercial program “finite elements”) obtained with combinations of effort required (accidental persistent earthquake) for subsequent sizing “Ultimate Limit State” and “Service Limit State.” In a second step sections are generated board and batteries, along with efforts for the control is performed, are dimensioned and tested in the commercial program FAGUS / PYRUS, sizing sections of reinforced and prestressed concrete.
REPLOSA
It allows a rethinking of bridge decks using sections drawn normal to the axis of which is inscribed on the structure. It is also able to consider any sections Payouts will be sent. The boards can be staked out with this program are:
– Straight Bridges as any variable
– Skew Bridges with constant section
In the case of Skew Bridges will be sent the program allows them to have any singing and variable widths, however usual in such cases would rethink the board by sections skew will be sent. However it may happen that needed rethinking of such boards by normal sections, which can also be done with the program.
XY VIGAS
The program’s goal is to facilitate the staking of a board of beams, reducing the possibility of errors in the realization.
In conducting the reconsideration of a board of beams is necessary to calculate the coordinates X, Y, Z of the supports of all beams, the azimuths of the axes of piers and abutments, setting out the edges, determination of screed beams, etc.
This program is part of the vertices that define the polygon where you join the board of beams, which are easily obtained GAMMA-3 program.
The program consists of two parts.
