LIVING IN THE SUBURBS :

LIVING IN THE SUBURBS

PowerPoint Presentation:

The suburbs aren’t as bad as you think. Although, I am not saying that the city is an awful place. They both have their advantages. There are just some things that are good to experience in suburbs that you wouldn’t get to enjoy much in the city. You might be wondering what it is in the suburbs have that the city does not. Well, technically, the city has it too but not so much.

PowerPoint Presentation:

Parking – there are a lot of parking spaces in the suburbs compared to the city. You could park anywhere without worrying if it’s legal to park there or not. There are also no hindrances like the time for parking and also the competing cars that want that parking spot. Bonfires – there are fires in the city too but it’s not quite like the feeling that you get when it’s a real bonfire in a lawn surrounded by friends and well, a few shots. Stars – no need to explain. The stars can be seen clearly in the suburbs.

PowerPoint Presentation:

Housing prices – the prices of suburban houses are cheaper than city flats; or, at least some are. Plus, a house is a bigger and more private place and you even have an actual lawn where you can have a garden instead of flat where the lot isn’t even yours. Now, think which of these two the true real estate investment is. Easier hosting – the houses in the suburbs are big and spacious. Of course, it is easier to hold parties for a large number of people because you have your own lawn and a spacious living room. If it’s an overnight stay, there are guest rooms available.

PowerPoint Presentation:

Quiet – most people in the suburbs can actually distinguish the time for sleep from the time for sirens, traffic jams and yelling. High school football – you don’t get much of the full stadium feel in the city compared to the suburbs. Pets – Pets are actually allowed in your residence. And, you have a yard. You could own as dogs or cats you want.

PowerPoint Presentation:

Relaxation – It’s a better place to relax; to actually have some rest. Children – there are actually more children and children-friendly places in the suburbs as compared to the city. It’s probably one of the reasons why families with children tend to move to the suburbs. Townie bars – cities aren’t the only place with bars. Suburbs know the fun in drinking in a loud place too. http://www.wilsonpeacock.co.uk/forsaleoffice/biggleswade/1323/
