Introduction People normally become nervous when it comes to public speaking. In this research we will see why people become very nervous in public speaking. We will also cover some tips to overcome nervousness.


Methodology Public Speaking - process of speaking to a group of people in a structured, deliberate manner intended to inform, influence, or entertain the listeners. It is closely allied to "presenting", although the latter has more of a commercial connotation. Nervousness - feeling on-edge (jumpy and jittery), feeling apprehensive that something may happen, and being afraid to some degree.

Solutions Know the subject Do not memorize, but rather understand the topic Never tell your audience that you are nervous Know you’re audience Know who you are talking to Be friendly with them


Conclusion Being Nervous is really normal specially in public speaking. But just any other problem there is always a solution that would overcome the nervousness in public speaking. The speaker should know his/her topic very well so that it will be presented clearly. Lastly constant practice makes perfect, so always rehearse the topic that will be presented.
