You put this chip on the bottom of my home telephone. Please see the pictures and video. What you have done to me, one person through the use of Gang-stalking and NLWs, who has no interests in politics, no political inclination, and who has refused the “offer” from…,is seriously violate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, The Istanbul Protocol; is challenge the human dignity. In fact, you declare war on people all over the world( This is not just alarmist talk. Torture with NLWS, called A War Without Smoke, is far more dangerous than some other wars. Torturers and perps can use them at any time without considering the consequences.). Listen up, torturers and perps, you know I can't do anything right now because I am not as bestial and sordid as you all. So, you can keep attacking my brain, my heart, my ears, my eyes, and my spine in my home. You can keep attacking me so that I can not move in my home. However, there will be one day that you, torturers and perps will be given enough time to think about the fate of being slaughters after people all over the world see the facts and know the truth from the evidence I disclose. The following evidence will be from Toronto Police Service and the Attorney General of Canada. Now, I can answer one torturer’s question regarding one piece of key evidence he asked me three times through the phone, “How did you get that? And who gave that to you?” My answer is: “Not every one in the world likes to do evils like you.” Now, I respond to one torturer’s statement. His statement is: That the police intentionally delivered the wrong information about one gang-stalker to somewhere has nothing to do with your case. You statement made me speechless.
