Functioning of Admin !!!!! What does we do ?We are the Backbone of the organization, We do all the administrative work related to our countries. In our words we are the bridge between the student and the university. Once the student gets enroll with Prosper Overseas for particular country,,,, Then our job Begins… We help them to get admission from the selected university with in given span of time. We provides First hand Information about the Program, universities, Course Eligibility, Intake, admission Criteria, Tuition Fees, Availing Scholarship, Updates in Immigration Rules or Changes in Visa Fees.

How Does we Work ? : 

How Does we Work ? We have a standard and globalize process…… We are aim is to achieve student their best , professionally and personally. We do this through a state-of-art , systemic work system, and of course with the help from a highly qualified and dedicated team of persons, wholly committed to our cause. We are highly personalized, we assists every application accordingly. There are Three Major Stages, where an application goes Through: Acceptance of new application and acknowledging them to the concern counselor/branch/associate and updating it to our records. Screening the application and if found any missing documents, informing it to the student marking cc to concerned counselor/branch/associate. Along with the attached missing document as a sample copy. Once all the received documents are completed and ready we will fill the application form of the concerned university/college and it will be forwarded to the international admission office.

To Support braches & Associates in terms of providing updated information and in training them in admin process, course selection, tuition fees details, university selection, etc. Communicating with the Associates about the admission status in regard to our Indirect Universities: Allocating admin work to Team Members Generating weekly & Monthly Report to RM & Director. Overall Responsible for Admin Team

Arranging the Visa Letters from the university. Verifying the filled application form and other documents before sending it to the university. Generating daily reports to RM & Admin Head. Providing First hand information to Admin Head, RM, Counselors and Branches.

Admin Coordinator (Miss Neetu) Receiving of all new applications, verifying the check list and updating them in records. Soft copy & Hard Copy) Once all the documents are verified sending a welcome mail to student for choosing Prosper Overseas for their abroad education and confirming about the course and university selected. (If any documents are pending from the checklist, informing and mailing to the student and counselor by attaching a sample copy of missed document. Following up with the student once the mail is sent and reminding them till the submission of pending documents (only Ameerpet Students) Informing the students once the offer letter received.

Once the application is received by the university ,the student will be acknowledged in two ways Accepted or Denied .Note: In most applications, we assure to get an acceptance letter from the university as we are aware of entry Criteria of University: And Once it is Approved it can be:There are two types of offers which can be issued1) Conditional Offer Letter : A Conditional Offer Letter is a acceptance letter issued with a specific condition, which has to be satisfied in Next stage. 2) Unconditional Offer Letter A Un-Conditional Offer Letter is a acceptance letter which is issued unconditionally. :

And it should be attested and stamped.3) Passport should be valid for minimum 2 year. Or 3 months more than completion of course.4) Statement of purpose should be clearly mention about the program opted and that university selected.5) Photograph should be passport size and with white background. :

It must be cleared by ATAS.For Atas clearance log onto www.fco.gov.uk/atas 1) Once the Student gets an unconditional Letter, It is mandatory to pay a minimum tuition fees deposit to apply for visa like U.K & France.Then he will be getting Unconditional Visa Letter2) For New Zealand, Ireland, Australia and Singapore, a student can apply for visa without paying the fees which is known as Pre-Visa.Once the Pre-Visa is approved then the student has to transfer the tuition fees to the University or College account. 3) Then the Tuition Fees Receipt has to be forwarded to Immigration for Final Visa Stamping. :

You have to Calculate on the bases of ; Total Tuition Fees + Total Living Expenses Plus Travel Expenses. So, This is the minimum requirement to get the visa, the financials which are more than the requirement of studies and have a past history (not recent deposits) can be considered as Positive Case.
