Bathroom & Water Fountain No one is to go to the bathroom without permission You may use the water fountain and go to the bathroom between classes
Seatwork:
Seatwork Seatwork is to be completed independently unless directed to do otherwise Remain in your seat while the class is doing seatwork Raise your hand if you need help
Tests:
Tests We will do a quick review before all tests Make sure you have a sharpened #2 pencil Wandering eyes will result in a zero grade Put your best foot forward Keep your paper until it is asked for
Homework:
Homework Place homework in the assigned basket at the beginning of class Late homework will be accepted for a lower grade Homework with no name on it will not be graded
Tardiness:
Tardiness Tardiness will not be tolerated unless it is an emergency An emergency will be determined by me If it is not an emergency, detention will be assigned

Offenses & Consequences Profanity directed to an adult- 5 days OSS Profanity directed to a peer- 1 day OSS Willful disobedience- 2 days OSS Fighting- 5 days OSS, possible expulsion Skipping class- 1 st offense, ISD- 2nd offense- 2 days ISD, 3rd offense, 1 day OSS Vandalism- restitution + 3 days OSS Weapons, drugs, felony, extortion, sexual battery- expulsion and referral to law enforcement agency
