Why is this important to your clients? WAH? Seriously though, people: There’s plenty of room for fun and self expression in business. It doesn’t always involve cutesy. The average business user has too many gadgets, too much paperwork, lots of ‘ peoplework ’ and amazing amounts of general office noise. Can you see where this is headed? With all the other little things that go wrong with Google (and that’s another post) , it would be great to have this be a pleasant experience. Yes, and even yesser !
