Anushka Reddy daughter of South Indian industrialist Krishna Kanth "K.K." Reddy returns home after spending 7 years in USA. Siddhant Sinha is a budding lawyer belongs to middle class Bihari Brahmin family and is the son of ex-lawyer Prabhakar Sinha who is K.K.s legal advisor right hand and confidante. Siddhant and Anushka are childhood friends and both share a love-hate relationship. Siddhant and his father helps Reddys out of any disasters whether it be K.K.s eldest son Shrikant getting involved in a drug driving case or K.K.s any business deals getting thwarted. They risk their lives to save them like father like son. 18 years ago Prabhakar lost a court case was accused of taking bribe and his law licence was seized. K.K. helped Prabhakar get back his law license and offered him a job at his company. Anushka is the HR of the company. Prabhakar gets murdered while investigating Sumit Goyals aircraft crash to whom K.K. lost the airlines deal but gets a share of it afterwards. Doctor confirms sudden cardiac death due to acid reflux after the negative autopsy Prabhakars autopsy recommended by K.K. though. K.K. releases biography of 25 years of his company mostly edited by Prabhakar. Purva looks forward to her modelling career. Siddhant gets a job in Reddys company as Kartik Reddys legal advisor tries to sort out differences between him and Anushka. Siddhant starts investigating his fathers death after finding suspicious phone number from his fathers mobiles call history which leads him to Dinesh Swamy the caller and vice president of Goyals aircraft but much to his surprise he found that Dinesh Swamy too died in the exact same way like his father and died after his fathers death. Meanwhile Kartik as well as Anushkas arranged marriage getting fixed while love blossoms between Siddhant and Anushka.
