Enforcement depends on the person who committed the crime not on the crime itself We are conditioned to obey people, not to obey the law


Solution :Solution Good governance is a process and takes time For good governance to happen people must first become conscious of its benefits Violators must pay a price no matter who they are or what position they hold Value education at the primary level supported by messages at all levels 10 Good governance is about the common people
