It is called cytoplasm. 3.)The cytoplasm is the fluid content the inside the plasma mambrane Cell organelles : Cell organelles Large and complex cell including cell from multicultural organisms need a lot of chemical activities of support their complicated structure and function . This is one of the feather of the eukaryotic cell that distinguish them from prokaryotic cell Some of these organelles are visible only with an electron microscope Endoplasmic reticulum : Endoplasmic reticulum The endoplasmic reticulum is a large network of membrane bounds tubes and sheets . It look like long tubules or round or oblong bags . The er membrane is similar in There are two types of rough endoplasmic reticulum and smooth endoplasmic reticulum . Golgi apparatus : Golgi apparatus THE Golgi apparatus first described by camillo Golgi consist of a system of membrane bound vesicles arranged approximately parallel to each other in stacks called cisterns . The material synthesised near the ERis packaged and dispatched to various target inside and outside the cell through the Golgy apparatus. Lysosome : Lysosome Lysosomes are kind of waste disposal system of the cell . Lissome help to keep the cell clean by digesting any foreign material as well as worn out cell organelles . Lissome are able to do this because they contain powerful digestive enzymes capable of breaking down all organic material Mitochondria : Mitochondria MITOCHONDRIA are known as the powerhouse of cell . Mitochondria have two membrane covering instead of just one. The outer membrane is very porous while the inner membrane is deeply folded. Plastids : Plastids Plastids are present only in plant cell . There are two type of plastids chloroplasts and leucoplast . Plastids containing the pigment chlorophyll are known as chloroplasts . Leucoplast are primarily organelles in which material such as starch , oil and protein granules are sorted . Vacuoles : Vacuoles vacuoles are storage sacs for solid or liquid contents . Vacuoles are small sized in animal cell while plant cell have vary large vacuoles. In plant cell vacuoles are full of cell sap and provide turgidity and rigidity to the cell many substance of importance in the life of the plant cell are stored in vacuoles . Cell wall : Cell wall The cell wall lies outside the plasma membrane . The plant cell wall is mainly composed of cellulose . Cellulose is a complex substance and provides structural strength to plant. This phenomenon is known as plasmolysis. Slide 12: THE END You do not have the permission to view this presentation.
