The ink is spread over the upper side of the screen. At the final stage ink is cured by using a heat air method. Process Setting Up Your Space First you need a dark room to block UV rays. The stencil you’ll use to create the design has an emulsion with UV sensitive nature. It can expose your screens. Art Work Before doing getting with the screen you will need a design. It is common not to get a design from customer to print business cards. Instead of expecting the designs from the customer it’ll better that you create artwork from yourself. You can create artwork with the help of vector graphics or color count.

Screen Preparation At this step you’ll need a screen for your design. Select a screen that will work best for your business visiting card. Don’t forget to dry and decrease your screen. Printing It’s time to screen print your artwork. You can go for push or pull printing. The printing technique depends on a person’s ability to do. The push technique takes a lot of arm pressure to print the design. Curing Major printing matters include plastisol and water-based ink. The oil and water substance can spread over the entire sheet.
