WHEN TO USE IT : Reports are generally used in science classes, history classes and business classes.MEMOS: MEMOS PURPOSE : A memo is used to COMMUNICATE and GIVE DIRECTIONS within an organization (such as a business or school). WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE : A memo is a short, formal document. It is usually includes new instructions or directions. Nowadays memos are often EMAILED. WHEN TO USE IT : Memos are generally used to inform employees of something new or important.LETTERS: PERSONAL: LETTERS: PERSONAL PURPOSE : A personal letter is used to COMMUNICATE with friends and family.
