Communication : 

Communication It’s a process of convey the message from sender to receiver threw the channel and receiver sends feed back to sender. Sender Message Channel Receiver Feedback Feedback

Verbal Communication : 

Verbal Communication Monolog:- Where one person is speaking in front of the audience. Like Lecture, Speech, Board meetings or presentation. Dialog:- Conversation between two or more communicator. Debate:- It’s soul of discussion where two or more speakers approaches the opposite point of view about a topic.

Non verbal communication : 

Non verbal communication Body Language:- Strong way of express your message to audience which is 93% of total communication. Facial Expressions:- Your facial expression demonstrate your emotions and feelings. Eye Contact:- To deliver faith of your message proper eye contact helps.

Written Communication : 

Written Communication Material:- uses of appropriate Paper, ink color or envelops. Formal Language:- Use simple Language avoid slang or offending words with proper punctuation and symbols. Demonstrate Empathy:- use empathy towards to the receiver regarding aim of subject

Barriers of effective communication : 

Barriers of effective communication Personal Barriers:- The barriers comes from Human behavior like tension, stress, ego or mood etc in communication process that is personal. Example:- We reached there at around 2:00PM so every body was hungry and tired because of long distance travel while talking with them some time we couldn’t concentrate what they are saying.

Physical Barrier:- The barrier comes due to the physical or virtual object and it effects to the communication process that is called as physical barriers. Like noise or partition between sender and receiver. Example:- During the assignment I was talking with some children some children was playing and dancing because of that noise it was interrupting our conversation.

Semantic Barriers: The Barriers comes due to the language that is called as semantic barriers. Its not conveying proper message to the receiver due to the language Example:- There was some boys who doesn't understand English and Hindi so it was a semantic barrier for the successful communication.

To remove the same : 

To remove the same Personal Barriers:- We must have good breakfast in the morning then we must have to move after the breakfast Physical Barriers:- We must have to plan the activity as per number of children and need to make some groups so we could avoid loud noise. Semantic Barriers:- we were supposed to use easy Hindi and English language to interact with them.

In the Service Industry effective Communication is very essential because… Each and every day we need interact en numbers of people so we need to talk with them very effectively. While talking we need to be very patient and approachable. First good listener While talking over the phone greet the caller and use telephonic etiquettes. While taking Information use Phonetic Alphabets to get accurate data. Instead of ‘but’ use ‘however’.

The horse that wanted more beauty : 

The horse that wanted more beauty A cosmic god had a horse. The horse was beautiful and also it had many good qualities. But it wanted to be more perfect in every way. It especially wanted to become beauty unparalleled. One day the horse said to the cosmic god, “0 Lord, you have given me beauty. You have given me other good qualities. I am so grateful to you. But how I wish you could make me more beautiful. I would be extremely, extremely grateful if you could make me more beautiful.”

The cosmic god said, “I am more than ready to make you more beautiful. Tell me in what way you want to be changed.” The horse said, “It seems to me that I am not well proportioned. My neck is too short. If you can make my neck a little longer, my upper body will be infinitely more beautiful. And if you can make my legs much longer and thinner, then I will look infinitely more beautiful in my lower body.”

The cosmic god said, “Amen!” Then immediately he made a camel appear in place of the horse. The horse was so disheartened that it started to cry, “0 Lord, I wanted to become more beautiful. In what way is this kind of outer form more beautiful?” The cosmic god said, “This is exactly what you asked for. You have become a camel.” The horse cried, “Oh no, I do not want to become a camel I wish to remain a horse. As a horse, everybody appreciated my good qualities. Nobody will appreciate me as a camel.”

The cosmic god said, “Never try to achieve or receive more than I have given you. If you want to lead a desire-life, then at every moment you will want more and more. But you have no idea what the outcome will be. If you cry for a longer neck and legs, this is what will happen. Each thing in my creation has its own good qualities. The camel is not as beautiful as you are, but it carries heavy loads and has a tremendous sense of responsibility. !!!people search happiness every where but not with in !!!
