Why? I chose Jillian Michaels as my fitness role model because she is a really hard working women that’s accomplishes her goals.

What does she do?:

What does she do? Jillian Michaels is an American personal trainer, businesswoman, author and television personality from Los Angeles, California. Michaels is best known for her appearances on NBC's The Biggest Loser and Losing It With Jillian.

Accomplishments :

Accomplishments I think that one of her biggest accomplishments is that she was on the show the biggest looser and she help people get done what they couldn't get one on her own.
