The theory identifies human behavior as an interaction of personal factors, behavior, and the environment (Bandura 1977; Bandura 1986). Bobo doll studies : Bobo doll studies “SOCKEROO” Slide 5: How do people’s experiences, environments, and behaviors affect how they learn? According to Social Cognitive Theory, interactive learning allows students to gain confidence through practice. New behaviors can be learned by observing and imitating a model. Slide 6: A space dog can practice spacewalks using simulators to overcome his fears before his first space walk. When teaching SRL skills, bear in mind the developmental limitations of younger students.
