??,???????????????????????????? In the aftermath of war, a young man disillusioned with the empty ideals his generation had grown up with. ??????????????,????????????.. .. Earnestly searched for a philosophy that he could live by and a mentor whom he could learn from. . . . ????,????????,?????????????????? It was at this juncture that he encountered Josei Toda , the person who would come to have the most formative influence on his life.

?????,?????: “???????” This young man, Daisaku Ikeda asked, “Is it about philosophy?” ????:“?!????????” Sakata answered, “Yes, it is about the philosophy of life.” ??:“????????” Daisaku asked, “Who is the lecturer?” ??:“???????????????!?? 8?14???!” Sakata answered, “He is Mr Josei Toda, who is a marvelous man. I always put my life on the line to protect Mr Toda bcoz I knew that protecting my mentor meant protecting Kosen~rufu, the Soka Gakkai & precious members! ??????????????,?????????????,??????????,????????????????‘????’???!’ Mr Toda & I shared a deep spiritual bond. Now even after he has gone, he is still with me, and always will be, in the next and all future lifetimes. That is how profound the Buddhist principle of mentor and disciple is!
