所谓 “ 一念三千 ” ， 乃谓众生在其刹那生起的介尔一念之中，即具足三千世界一切诸法性相。 Three thousand realms in a single moment of life Ichinen sanzen 一念三千 Ichinen sanzen indicates the vast complexity and inexhaustible potential that life possesses. 一念三千 Three thousand realms in a single moment of life Ichinen sanzen = 十界 Ten worlds x 十界互具 Ten worlds within Ten Worlds x 十如是 Ten factors of life x 三世间 Three realms of existence 所 谓 一念三千是 说在一念里具备著三千的诸法 ，是表明一切众生成佛的佛法最高法 门 。 中国的天台大师以 《 法华经 》 为根本而将其理论体系化 ， 而日莲大圣人却将其当体显现为南无妙法莲华经的御本尊 ，明示出三大秘法。 有关一念三千 ，天台大 师 在所著的 《 摩 诃 止 观 》 中指出：「夫一心具十法界，一法界又具十法界成百法界。 一界具三十种世间 ，百法界即具三千 种 世 间 。此三千在一念心。若 无 心而已。 介尔有心即具三千 。」 这 是 说 在众生一念 里 具有十界，而各界又具有十界，於是成 为 百界。百界各各具 备 十如是而成千如是，各各具 备 有三世 间 而成三千世 间 ， 总言之 ， 这 三千的 诸 法是具 备 在一瞬的生命中。 如此，一念三千是以十界、十如是和三世 间 ，由各 种 不同角度去掌握生命的法理。佛法上所 说 的一念三千法 门是综合性地掌握众生的生命 ，可以 说是所有众生是俨然地存在著佛的生命 。 所以， 在理论上 ，我 门 自己本身是一念三千的 当 体， 事实上称得显现 佛生命的一念三千的 当 体，是末法本佛的日 莲 大 圣 人。 大圣人将其生命图显为三大秘法的南无 妙法 莲华经 ，即是本 门戒坛的大御本尊 。我 们 信受此御本尊， 唱诵题目 ，亦能令我 门 表 现 出一念三千的 当 体， 能够即身成佛 。 Three thousand realms in a single moment of life: A philosophical system established by T’ien-t’ai, in his writing, the Maka Shikan. The three thousand realms indicate the varying aspects and phases that life assumes at each moment. At each moment, life manifests one of the Ten Worlds. Each of the Ten Worlds contains all the other nine as potential within itself. Mutual possession means that an individual’s state of life can be changed, and that all beings of the nine worlds possess the potential for Buddhahood. This totals 100 worlds. Each of these hundred worlds possesses the ten factors and operates within each of the three realms of existence, thus making three thousand realms.
