INTRODUCTION:

INTRODUCTION Gene : these are the physical and functional units of heredity, which are the specific sequences of bases that encode instructions how to make proteins. Gene therapy : it is the process of insertion of a gene into the individual cells or biological tissue in treating genetic disorders where mutants alleles are replaced with functional ones.

Antisense Therapy Antisense therapy is not strictly a form of gene therapy, but is a genetically-mediated therapy and is often considered together with other methods
