How Was Agape Created Founded by Carol DeBorja in the early 80’s DeBorja watched over children at the Brooklyn Church of God Fed the children food Breakfast in the morning Lunch to school Warned by the health officials Found and moved into Agape House in 1982

What is Agape House : 

What is Agape House Shelter for women and children Soup kitchen Free summer camp for kids Help find treatment for those addicted to drugs Provide assistance when they get out

Agape Catering : 

Agape Catering Unofficially started in 1998 Employ 12-15 people at one time Word of mouth business Our mission is to provide our courtesy afforded our client and their guest, a great presentation, and GREAT TASTING FOOD, all at an affordable price.

Zero Based Planning : 

Zero Based Planning To date, business generated by Agape house been from word-of-mouth recommendations Agapé House Catering does not currently have a separate brand identity from their women’s shelter . The two aspects of this company are very closely related: the bulk of the profit from Agapé House Catering goes toward funding the Agapé House women’s shelter.

Weaknesses No website currently in place Don’t have culinary training or education Don’t have catering business knowledge Only advertising so far has been word-of-mouth Very limited funds to get established as a legitimate catering company
