Focusing on things eternal…: Focusing on things eternal… What was the point of Mary’s gift? Don’t replace worship with works… What was the true cost of Mary’s gift ? About a year’s wage, & perhaps it was her dowry (& maybe a bit of her reputation…) What did her actions show about her? As a committed disciple, her security & trust rested in her belief in Jesus & His teachings.
