Historical background Shivakrupa Packaging is located in Peenya II stage, Bengaluru. It is famous for manufacturing corrugated boxes Shivakrupa Packaging was first started as Advance Packaging Industries as a partnership firm between Mr. Ramachandra and Mr. Aravind. The company was run by them for a period of about 15 years.

Current Scenario : 

Current Scenario The company manufacture corrugated boxes and provide packaging solutions to multi, national and corporate clients to their complete satisfaction. Their Quality Consciousness has made the products match the best international standards. Their customer-centric approach towards the business is proven by the customers' confidence in them. The data shows that most of the respondents are considering the quality. The price is reasonable and few steps can also be taken to reduce the price without altering the quality.

Recommendations and Suggestions The company should come out with good promotional strategies. Company can provide schemes to the clients such as Bundled offer, discount on buying large quantity to reach the target sales. The company can have more distribution network by frequently attending to retailers orders so that the company can achieve the set sales target price. The company can provide free offers to the additional purchase offer of the same product. Prices should be made cheaper, without compromising with the quality, so that it can attract more customers.
