Cultural Environment : 

Cultural Environment Germany- Fundamental Principal the European Law bases their culture off of the subsidiary principle, which is organizing principle where matters must be handled by the smallest centralized competent authority. Arts, culture, and music is also a very important part of Germany’s culture. It was the home to many famous artist of classical composers and Renaissance painters. -Beech Beethoven -Lucas Cranach the Elder Brazil-One of the most prevalent holidays celebrated there is the festival of Carnival. Portuguese dialect remains the most dominant language in Brazil today.

Economic Environment : 

Economic Environment Brazil-the world's tenth largest economy at market exchange rates and the ninth largest in purchasing power parity (PPP). Brazil has become the most powerful country in South America in economic terms and thus is leading the other countries of South America. Germany-Currently German reaches more the two trillion in sales of good and service annually and in 2008 they were the leading country in exports. Germany focuses on smaller businesses and allow of a lot of new companies to enter the market which gives them a lot of advantage in when it comes market shares.

Financial Environment : 

Financial Environment Brazil –moderate free market and export-oriented economy; The financial economy of Brazil has weakened mostly related to debt. Domestic debts went up from 1994 to 2003 Germany-financially conservative; increases imports of oil and gas for more long term sources on top of them having their own oil deposits and having a share o f the North Sea gas and reserves and production. Relies heavily on fossil fuels for a source of energy however 40% of their energy consumption comes from petroleum.

Political Environment : 

Political Environment Brazil- The Brazilian Federation is based on the union of three autonomous political entities: the States, the Municipalities and the Federal District. The Federation is set on six fundamental principles: sovereignty, citizenship, dignity of the people, social value of labor, freedom of enterprise, and political pluralism Germany-Bicameral Systems; the country consist of 16 federal states, with each state having its own government and constitution. Germany’s political environment is a social constitutional state that is based on lawful administration.

PepsiCo is one of the world's largest manufacturer, seller and distributor of beverages Pepsi has very limited brands in Germany Their struggles in Germany include Coca-cola and a rash of suicidal commercials for Pepsi Max that Depicts a single lonely calorie committing suicide.
