Marketing Is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, capturing, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large

Unethical Marketing:

Unethical Marketing Unethical marketing is all about money it mean doing any thing if it will bring more money, there are many unethical marketing practises like in public markets they sell the item when it is broken or damaged , or they sell not on the existing price dictated by the government or the weighing scales must not be correctly calibrated .

Examples Of Unethical Marketing Behavior:

Examples Of Unethical Marketing Behavior Victoria's Secret: Victoria's Secret on every level delivers unethical advertising, promoting pornography and strongly suggesting underage sexy they may indeed teeter on false advertising and advertisement campaigns are irresponsible. The advertisements teach children how to look for sex. However, the advertisements don't exactly say it.

Victoria's Secret :

The irresponsibility is that Victoria's Secret "Pink Nation" doesn't go on to talk about the "side effects" of seductive displays of sexy undergarments: rape, teenage pregnancy, HIV, AIDS, other STDshat with words. They use non-verbal communication The advertisement doesn't tell the truth that what a female can perceive as cute and harmless another can see as a "go" sign to make advances the teenager really didn't want or understand they initiated. Victoria's Secret

Internet :

Internet One of the unfortunate aspects of doing business on the internet is that unlike traditional storefront community businesses, the internet is rife with individuals who prefer crime to honest business. It is very easy to unethical marketer to use the internet to market in unethical marketing behaviour Pass viruses through e-mail, or send e-mails that try to scam you into giving out information.

South Africa’s DeBeers :

South Africa’s DeBeers The DeBeers employee takes the diamond distributor in a small room and present him with a bag of diamonds. The retailer cannot buy diamonds one by one. He has to take the whole bag or leave it. Retailers are very afraid of crossing the DeBeers operation because if they refuse the bag, or make too little an offer or behave like poor citizens in the diamond trade DeBeers will either not offer them any new bags of diamonds to purchase or will offer them bags with only poor grade diamonds which are difficult to distribute.

Examples Of Marketing Which Unethically Targets Examples of marketing which unethically targets the elderly include: living trusts, time share fraud, mass marketing fraud and others. The elderly hold a disproportionate amount of the world's wealth and are therefore the target of financial exploitation. In the case of children, the main products are unhealthy food, fashion ware and entertainment goods. Children are a lucrative market: children 12 and under spend more than $11 billion of their own money and influence family spending decisions worth another $165 billion.

Unethical Advertising And Promotion :

Unethical Advertising And Promotion Negative advertising techniques, such as attack ads. In negative advertising, the advertiser highlights the disadvantages of competitor products rather than the advantages of their own. Ethical pitfalls in advertising and promotional content include. In the 1940s and 1950s, tobacco used to be advertised as promoting health.

Deceptive Advertising and Ethics :
