KRA – Key Result Area :KRA's is the set of activities on which performances are rated.
KRA's refer to general areas of outcomes or outputs for which a role is responsible.
KPI – “Key Performance Indicators” are quantifiable measurements, that reflect the critical success factors of an organization. KRA – Key Result Area

Weight age has to be set to each KRA such that the total weight age of all KRA equals 100.
