Looking back now both magazine look totally different in terms of layout colour and how professional they look in general, I think that the most improved on the music magazine is the colour scheme and the photography, this is because I had spent more time on lighting and taking the pictures. The lay out on the music magazine is also improved greatly compared to the college magazine because the space is used correctly with kickers plug info life and secondary leads, and the dead space is used well because there is part of the picture where the dead space is. Where as the college magazine was to plain and the text was huge, making it unattractive and armature 7. Looking back at your preliminary task (the College magazine), what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to full product ? The space is used much more efficiently in the music magazine compared to the college magazine. The colour scheme in the music magazine is brighter more vibrant and contrasts with the surrounding colours, unlike the college magazine where its colours are mainly grey and nothing on the page really contrast much, and with out contrast in colours there nothing to catch your eye, just the fact that the colours were terrible would make it hard to sell
