Step 2 Organize Coupons :

Step 3 Make a Strategy :

Step 3 Make a Strategy Read all of the weekly ads for your grocery, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and CVS Compare prices across the stores Remember to consider the offers the stores will be providing as well, many offer coupon “cash” back to be used on another shopping trip Try to buy in quantity when the price of the item is free or close to free using coupons with store offers Wait on items that are priced too high, wait and use that coupon when the store has the item on sale

Step 4 Time to Shop! :

Step 4 Time to Shop! You should know exactly what you want as you walk into one of the drug store chains, and you should know how much coupon “cash” you will get back. Use that cash on the same trip, just drop off your first purchase and come back into the store Buy bonus size items, but always calculate which size is the one both on sale at the store and will match with the right coupon The grocery is different only in that you may not have coupons for everything

(cont…) Make sure to use frequent shopper cards everywhere you shop, every time you shop Check online to see if you are able to put electronic coupons directly onto your loyalty card Use your Smartphone, if you have one, to check to see if there are any other coupons you could use for an additional discount at the store you are shopping Keep track of your spending and savings. Keep all of your receipts too! Make sure to ask for a rain check for any sale item the store is out of stock of, and ask for the quantity desired
