Great Hotel, Friendly Staff, Bad Location “Amazing staff, great rooms, cousy bar and pool” We enjoyed our time at the hotel, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, service overall was terrific. Hotel however is on busy street away from main dining/nightlife district, about 30 min in taxi to go out each evening. Cons - location was far from most attractions, internet was expensive -Canadian Couple December 26, 2010 Stayed in Phnom Penh for 4 nights for business! Hotel is ca 25min from airport by taxi. I was really positive surprised upon arrival! Service and hotel staff kindness and real warmness during all the stay was really the best I have meet during my travelling in the last 10 years and I can say, that I have travelled quite a lot. For shure it is best place to saty which was confirmed by my colleague who has been in many other hotels in Phnom Penh including Raffles. By Tuk-tuk to riverside it took approx. 10-15 minutes! Nice Hotel we have stayed in phnom penh several times in the past 18 years, always at fcc. after deciding to try this hotel based on reviews, we were happy to find a lovely room with classy furniture and decor, and disappointed with the view of the wall in the next building. the french restaurant was also fantastic for dinner, after a lot of amok and khmer cuisine. overall, we would definitely stay here again, but would ask for a room at the front. -American Couple February 20, 2011 Agoda.com The hotel is seperated in two parts: The restaurant and lobby is in one side and the rooms are in the other side. I have to walk from lobby to other entrance on the main street, although they are close. It seems quite weird. As mentioned by others, there is no lift in this hotel, so I have to walk up and down the 3 floors to room every time. But other than that the room is clean, big and nicely decorated in Chinese style. Bathroom is also clean and hot water supply is ok, although there is no free toothblush and toothpaste.
