Top Famous Cities in Fiji Fiji consists of more than three hundred islands and is known for its spectacular landscapes beaches and coral reefs. It has two main islands Viti Levu and Vanua Levu and these are home to the majority of the population of almost 900000 residents. Fiji is an island nation in Melanesia South Pacific Ocean. With a wealth of shops services and tours some cities make a great base for exploring the real Fiji and its mix of cultures. The country has a well-documented economy with an abundance of natural resources like mineral fish and forests. List of Famous cities of Fiji 1.Suva The city is the administrative and political capital of Fiji.. Located on the largest island Viti Levu Suva holds almost half the population of Fiji. Suva is a harbour city with a melting pot of cultures. . The city along with the neighboring towns of Lami Nasinu and Nausori hosts over one-third of the country’s population. 2. Labasa Labasa is located in the north of Fiji’s second-largest island Vanua Levu. Labasa is surrounded by sugar cane farms and thus sugar cane processing is a significant industry in the town.
