Of course you thought what are all these, are Spyware or Trojans? At times there might actually be that mode running there, but more than likely it is just the computer instances of software, drivers, etc which are running.

What does that mean exactly? Each software program when running has to execute instructions to run some will run more than one process at a time. These will then be placed within the Windows process library, as well as some RAM and even some CPU will be distributed as needed for it. You may at times even have noticed that there's more than one instance running at a time of the same process.
