A: “That actually happened once on burger night, when people can get a burger and fries for a meal swipe on Sundays. The best we could do was to substitute chicken tenders for burgers because chicken tenders can be deep fried, rather than grilled. We just had to manage accordingly to fit the situation and let the customers know clearly what happened and why.”
