Description :

Description Give them learning anywhere, anytime. Mobile learning is changing education. Many high school and college students already have iPods and laptops, so they are coming to class with the Internet in their pockets. Educators can tap into that access and then any place can be a place to learn. Record audio, create podcasts, and develop other movie-, music-, or photography-based projects. Look at material that has been created by other students and instructors and is ready to down load and use in your classroom.

iTouch Microphone :

iTouch Microphone Ultra small Microphone Unique ThumbTack design Outstanding quality sound recording High quality gold-plated non-corrosive plug Works with third party Applications $13 from Amazon

iPod Microphone :

iPod Microphone 4 A compact and convenient tool that adds voice recording feature to your iPod. Plug it into the connector on your iPod and control all functions on your iPod. An added feature is that it also has a stereo line-in jack that lets you record from other audio devices. Cost $40 - $60

Microphone information :

Microphone information The file names are in yyyymmdd hhmmss format. You can rename the file easily. Recording does eat up your iPod's battery. I did a test at high resolution with a fully charged battery. After just 37 minutes, the iPod's battery icon glowed red, but the iPod lasted for one hour and 26 minutes. If the intended use is for recording voice and lectures, use the lowest resolution. Who cares if your voice is in stereo? In iTunes > Highlight the file > Click on Advanced > Create AAC version (this will make the file much smaller)
