1 Using student email This presentation shows you how to access your student email account

2 Use a web browser to go to the Learning Centres website… http://students.ccm.ac.uk Click the Student Email button

3 The Login box And in here also Enter your student ID number here…

4 Your Inbox… Your incoming emails are listed here Your student number is here

5 Task menu… This is your Task menu Inbox New message Contacts Calendar

6 Reading your emails Click on the title of the message to open it This shows information such as who sent message sender and when they sent it

7 The message…. Here is the main message body There are a number of things to do with the message, e.g. Reply, Move, Delete, Forward…

8 Replying… tutor 1234 tutor tutor Click the Send button when you have finished This is where you type your reply.

9 Welcome… Congratulations! You have successfully enrolled! Your tutor will show you how to use your Learning Zone course…
