Printing your files :1 Printing your files This presentation shows you how to print your files to a network printer
Slide 2 :2 Before you type more than about half a paragraph, it’s a good idea to save your work and give it a filename When you are ready to print….. Click “File”… then “Print”
Slide 3 :3 The printer dialogue box….. Look for your nearest printer This shows the room number and the name of printer
Slide 4 :4 Choose what to print… Click the buttons to select all pages, or a range of pages Click the arrows select how many copies…
Slide 5 :5 Collect your document from the printer… Sometimes you might have to wait for your printout, so please be patient!
Slide 6 :6 If you document doesn’t come out… Please don’t send it again – it may still be in the print queue
Don’t forget…. :7 Don’t forget…. This method of printing can be used for most types of files and programs on the College computers
There is a restriction on how many pages you can print. Please see the Learning Centres staff for more details.
