The brain is more than 60% of fat Without eating the right foods your brain doesn’t function as well as it should What food does for you : What food does for you - Improves your mood Sharpens your memory - Keeps you emotionally stable Bad side effects : Bad side effects Too much food can clog the brain Positive effects : Positive effects - The foods you eat can also boost your IQ Keeps your mind young and working at a fast paste Foods good for the brain….. : Foods good for the brain…..
