Get A Blog This part is free. Go to www.blogger.com and make sure your blog is hosted on your website. You can see a tutorial on how to do this here.

Now Start Promoting : 

Now Start Promoting Word of mouth is great. Start by emailing your friends to check out your new website. Get some groups together. Go to meetup.com to get some members excited about your new business venture.

Start Tweeting : 

Start Tweeting Twitter.com is huge. Get an account for free and watch your followers grow automatically. The idea of twitter is to have short posts about what you are up to right now. You can also include links to your website.

Write Articles : 

Write Articles This is where I get most of my affiliate traffic. You can use article writing to also recruit new new marketers Article writing is also great for SEO. You are smooth sailing if your article gets published. Submit articles for free to www.ezinearticles.com. Video tutorials coming soon.

Comment On Blogs : 

Comment On Blogs Go To technorati.com and “claim your blog”. This is a way of registering your blog. Look on this site for similar blogs and provide thoughtful comments on them. Make sure to provide a link back to your website.

Make PowerPoints : 

Make PowerPoints You can get power point for free if you don’t have a copy at www.openoffice.org Insert links and narration Upload to www.authorstream.com with tags. Great for SEO. Make special ones for people in your network, then use the “Present Live” feature

Squidoo! : 

Squidoo! Make a lens for free at www.squidoo.com . Be sure to include links to your website. If your lens is good enough it could be a source of revenue as well as a source of traffic. Lenses are also fun. The perfect Web 2.0 example.

Get NVU : 

Get NVU This is a free Website producing program. You could use this instead of Web Easy, but it will take more time. I use NVU for all my coding purposes, mostly when I want to code links using HTML on Squidoo and Ezinearticles. NVU is free. I have tutorials on how I use NVU here.

Get Business Cards : 

Get Business Cards Make sure your website is on it. Drop the cards everywhere you go.

Make A Podcast : 

Make A Podcast Record a conversation, now you have a podcast. Get the podcast hosted. Get it on iTunes Be sure to plug your website. Get the podcast transcribed. Make sure the transcription has links to your website and affiliate sites. Don’t miss this step, it’s huge

Flickr : 

Flickr Do you have photos that relate to your site? Upload them to www.Flickr.com Include tags and links to your website

Do you Digg it? : 

Do you Digg it? This is real big for network marketers. Write an article, upload it to www.scribd.com, then digg it. Do a tweet that includes the link to your digged site. Link the article to the squidoo page. Link the article to your blog Get your network to digg it and traffic will blow up

Scribd for Documents : 

Scribd for Documents Write an article in work and self-publish it on www.scribd.com Be sure to include links to your website and affiliate sites. I have a tutorial here. Use all their sharing tools including delicious and digg Let people download the document. It could go viral which would be a dream Great for SEO. I got page one in minutes
