Self-Analysis Directions: Leadership development can be described as activities and beliefs centered around five areas: vision & mission, shared values, strategy, empowerment, and influence, motivation & inspiration. Characteristic behaviors and beliefs of these five focus areas are described below. Please indicate your level of agreement with each item using the scale provided below from (1) strongly disagree to (7) strongly agree. Level of Agreement Strongly Disagree 1 Mostly Disagree 2 Disagree Somewhat 3 Neutral 4 Agree Somewhat 5 Mostly Agree 6 Strongly Agree 7 Self-Scoring: In order to select your answer to the item, click into the cell to the right of the item. An arrow will appear. You can right click on that arrow to select your response from a drop-down menu. Once you have answered all of the items in the section, you can run your mouse over the cell to the right of the "Results" row, which will give you a pop-up box with comments regarding your score on the section.
