1. Create A TOGETHER WE CAN Community Agreement based on the community’s collective voice as recorded in the Community Conversation Circles. 2. Establish a new Together We Can Partner’s Council to support and ensure implementation of the Community Agreement through a Call to Action Strategic Plan . 3. Serve as an on-going steward for community engagement , shared leadership , accountability ,and the annual reporting of progress by all partners in the Together We Can Initiative to ensure ALL Students GRADUATE prepared for 21st C. success. 4. Keep high quality teaching and learning, and high quality organizational and community support focused on ALL Students Graduating Prepared for 21st Century personal, spiritual ,educational, and economic growth.
