Logging in :
Logging in Log in using the main log in feature on the right of the screen.
FAQ section :
FAQ section Once you have logged in, you will have access to the two sub menus of the FAQ section.
Click ‘Submit FAQ’
Submit form :
Submit form To submit a FAQ, use only the first section – ‘General’
Type in your question in the ‘Title’ field
Select which category, if unsure, select ‘General’
Now save!
Submission & review :
Submission & review When saving you’ll receive a message that shows that the message has been sent
The team will review the submission and answer it asap!
