Every association composed of like-minded people needs to pause to just have a good time. HCCA’s motorcycle rally, golf outings, pigeon shoots, guest speakers, life-time achievement awards, monthly and quarterly dinner meetings fill the bill by combining work and play.

HCCA offers four types of membership: Contractor – Graders, excavators, pavers,underground utility contractors, other “heavy”disciplines. Eligible for Executive Committee. $1600/year. Associate – Providers of raw materials, goods andservices with direct impact on contractors. Eligible for Boardof Directors and Committees. $1600/year. Professional – Lawyers, architects, engineers, surveyors,soil scientists, public accountants, bankers, project managersand other professional disciplines. Eligible to serve onCommittees. $800/year. Governmental – Members of local jurisdictions. No fee.
