Moving Extra Heavy Cargo: 

Moving Extra Heavy Cargo Witness the testing of the Anchor Line by KRISWIRE and to ship the ANCHOR LINE of 3 ½” dia x 7,000 feet spool from Johor - Malaysia to Busan - Korea

The anchor wire was weighted by KRISWIRE before testing

Moving Extra Heavy Cargo: 

Moving Extra Heavy Cargo Was instructed by KNOC to ship the ANCHOR LINE the fastest way to Busan in Korea The spool of the ANCHOR LINE is bigger than a the Shipping container, so for such cargo it is usually to be shipped by Conventional Liner with is very few praying between Singapore & Korea. Furthermore the freight cost would be very expensive too. With this in mind, we have negotiated with the LINER for us to load it onto the vessel after the all the containers have been loaded.

Moving Extra Heavy Cargo The Port Crane are not strong enough to life the spool into the vessel. A heavy lift barge must be employed to lift the spool from the truck and then onto the vessel

2 nos. 20’0” flat rack container were used After all the containers had been loaded onto the vessel then we arrange 2 nos flat rack container to be placed side by side each other

Our gang have to work under the supervision of the Liner to ensure the cargo is secure firmly on the flat rack

Moving Extra Heavy Cargo As we were only allow to load the spool of anchor line after all the containers have been loaded onto the vessel. Our supervisor was on site to arrange the spool to be lifted onto the heavy lift barge waiting for loading instruction. The final loading was done way after midnight

Moving Extra Heavy Cargo We have to provided all material for lashing including chains, shackles, come-along and wooden sleepers. The lashing were done with the strict supervision of the safety office from the vessel. Only after he have approved the lashing job then we are allow to leaves the vessel.
