Premium member Presentation Transcript The AOL Banali School Project: The AOL Banali School ProjectBanali Village: Banali Village Located in Sangli District, on Maharashtra and Karnataka border Agriculture is the primary livelihood The area receives little rainfall Majority of population ends being migrant workers Their children deprived of educationThe Banali School Project: The Banali School Project To provide quality education to the children from poorest background English medium school Improving the ecology by tree plantation Vocational Training for the youthThe Start : The Start The school started in a rented shops in June’09Progress : Progress 3.5acres of land purchased and foundation laid for the new buildingSlide 6: Construction started with contributions from Ashram, AOL devotes and other concerned people.
