* Personal Sustainability Project * :* Personal Sustainability Project * Wal-Mart is responsible for the program that's called (PSP) Personal Sustainability Project.
With all the current environmental issues and the need to implement programs to encourage lifestyle changes, Wal-Mart innovated the PSP program to encourage all their employees to come up with their own PSP and commit to it. Wal-mart Incorporated, a well known, worldwide retail store is making a large impact on environmental sustainability, through dedication by providing: environmentally friendly products, using recycling programs, educating the public, and offering incentives to consumers and their suppliers. The information throughout this presentation will provide educational facts about the impact Wal-Mart has made and will make toward reaching all their sustainability goals and the innovative programs that have enabled others to achieve theirs.
As stated by Wal-Mart’s Engineer Director, James McClendon(2008), "We're all in this together."

The HE.5 prototype store will have a decreased energy consumption of 45 percent less (Edwards, 2008).
