Structure Suggestions Technology is to be promoted in all levels and integrated into different subjects. The competences are organized in 4 components: nature and evolution, use, problem solving, and society. The competences refers to the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that are observable through performance. Performance is the evidence that teachers use to assess learners in the four components. Technology learning for the present and the future. Technology is interdisciplinary. Interactive technology learning Technology goes beyond computers. Creativity, innovation and invention. Experiences, projects, fairs.

ICT NATIONAL PLAN CURRENT SITUATION Although we are making progress, we are far from having a system that strongly supports the ICT for everyone. It is important to design plans and develop projects that lead us to build a national culture of technology. CURRENT POLICIES Programs are being developed to promote the integration of technology in communication, education, health, justice, and production. In the context of education, the focus is on the implementation of ICT as the pedagogical core to place special emphasis on basic and professional competences to be acquired at a basic or higher education level. ACTION PLAN The purpose of this plan is to expand and promote the access and use of technology, as well as investing in research and innovation strategies in four main areas of social development: education, health, justice, and production. This plan needs to be guaranteed through law and policies reforms.
